Returns & Refunds policy

  • Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: They accept returns and exchanges for unused and unopened products within 2 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defects or damage upon arrival.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact their customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it’s due to a defective or damaged product.

  • Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receipt of the returned item, they inspect it. If approved, they process a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange for a replacement product.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, like opened or used Ayurvedic medicines, perishables, and items not in their original condition, are not eligible for return or exchange

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

  2. Effectiveness Over Time: Ayurvedic medicine typically takes time to show its effects. Unlike conventional medications, which may provide immediate relief, Ayurvedic treatments often require consistent use over a period. As a result, refunds are not offered based on the perceived effectiveness of the product.

  3. Customization: Ayurvedic treatments are often personalized based on an individual’s dosha (body type) and specific health conditions. Since these products are tailored to each person, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. Quality Assurance: Ayurvedic manufacturers prioritize quality control. Once a product leaves their facility, they cannot guarantee its storage conditions or handling. Therefore, they prefer not to accept returns to maintain product integrity.
